Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) of an organization’s policies, strategies, projects, operational and development activities provides government officials, development managers, and civil society with better means for learning. This can be achieved through past experience, improving service delivery, planning and allocating resources, and demonstrating results and progress towards anticipated outcome and impacts as part of accountability to key stakeholders and external partners.
